Project Pasiyaaru 73rd Republic Day celebration January 26 2022

We all trustees and Hon. Trustees of IDF decided to celebrate the 73rd Republic Day by offering food to the children of Sri Sankara Sevalayam, Annur, Coimbatore which is at a distance of 25kms from Coimbatore city.

The children home, though, had a concept of obtaining donation and cooking food for the children. Our trustees, they themselves, decided to cool the menu of their choice and carry it to the home.

Thus Uthappam, Chatney, tomato chutney, Idiyappam, coconut mil, Poori, masal, bananas, 5 Star chocolates, Mary Gold biscuits, chikis were prepared for 70 people including the children supervisors in the home.

The trustees segregated the cooking works among us carried the partially cooked food to the home and the remaining food preparation was completed in the home itself. We 3 trustees and our family members spend 3 hours cooking the food and serving it the childrenin the home.
