About IDF
Instinctive Drive Foundation is a community centered initiative aimed at ushering in positive transformation in the lives of future architects of the country. It is a brainchild of like minded people who are working in various capacities such as professors, HRs, journalists with an yearning and commitment to channelize and leverage the potential of future architects of the country for the betterment of society.
At present, our focus is on conducting competitions for children, lending helping hand to the education of marginalized through training aimed at their myriad of skills.

To build a nation/ society where children are guaranteed of their basic right to education, protected from all forms of exploitation and assured of well secured future.

Encouraging community participation with a thrust on eliminating illiteracy, protecting the environment and achieve sustainable development.

Kumaragurubaran
A post graduate in HR, has an experience in the field of NGO for more than a decade. He has also trained and counselled people of all ages. His experience has led him to the start of ‘Instinctive Drive Foundation’.
Vaishnavi
A philanthropist and a post graduate in management. She is into the educational industry for over a decade. Her combined interests in the field of education and her passion in music and fine arts made her involve and co-found the trust ‘Instinctive Drive Foundation’.
Surya Devi
A graduate in music and fine arts. She is running a dance and music school in Palani for the past seven years. She concentrates teaching fine arts only to kids. Her enthusiasm, hard work and proven results in handling kids made her a trustee in ‘Instinctive Drive Foundation’.
